Installation
Kit Components

Precautions
- Avoid flammable sources, closed spaces without ventilation, blockages, and water sources.
Main Heater Body Installation
- Ensure easy access for servicing and airflow.
- Maintain minimum distances as specified in the manual.
- Use a flat installation surface.
- Tighten M6 bolts to 6Nm+1Nm.
Mounting Gasket & Plate Dimensions
Follow dimensions provided for proper installation.
Angle of Installation

Air Inlet & Outlet Installation

- Place the fuel line uphill to the fuel pump for ideal bleeding.

Install into the fuel tank following the provided instructions.
Wiring Diagram and ECU Connections
Follow the wiring diagram and connect the main wiring harness to the heater. Ensure correct connections to the ECU for fan motor, glow plug, overheat sensor, and fuel pump.
Controller Installation
