Assembly Instructions
- End Caps Removal: Use a hammer and punch to remove the end caps. Alternatively, a U bracket can be used if a punch is not available.
- Hand Wheel Installation:
- Attach the hand wheel (B) to the tubular bracket using screw (G) and spring (D).
- Mounting to Front Support Bar:
- Use the U-bracket (U) and knurled nuts (M) to mount the cycle rack to the front support bar.
- Roof Support Installation:
- Push the T-slide (L) into the bottom of the profile rail.
- Align the cycle rack on the roof support.
- Use the assembly plate and toggle nuts to secure the cycle rack.
- Clamp Jaws Adjustment:
- Place the clamp jaws of the lower plate (J) to the front sloping frame part of the cycle.
- Tighten using the hand wheel (B).
- Pivot Screw Attachment:
- Attach the pivot screw using the lockable tog nut (A).
- Belt Guides and End Caps:
- Slide the belt guides (N) into place.
- Install the end caps (P) and tighten the wheels in the profile rail using the holding straps (H).

- Screw Checks: After driving a short distance for the first time and then at regular intervals.
- Driving Adjustments: Account for changes in driving properties due to the load on the roof during braking, side winds, and when driving around bends.
- Permitted Roof Loads: Follow the vehicle manufacturer's information on permitted roof loads.
- Cycle Parts: Ensure parts like handlebars or pedals do not protrude over the edge of the roof.
- Dismantling: Dismantle the cycle rack when not in use for safety and economy.
- Height Awareness: Be aware of the increased height when entering areas with height restrictions.
- Pre-Drive Checks: Ensure all attachments are correctly secured.
- Holding Belt: Always use the supplied holding belt.
