Description
Stabilus Lift-O-Mat are high quality non-locking gas struts that are commonly used by leading caravan manufacturers like Jayco.
Length is determined by measuring between centre's of ball joints when extended.
Stroke is the different between the extended and compacted lengths.
Newton Force is clearly labeled on struts - 100N roughly equates to 10kg

Our Comments
When installing a gas strut the cylinder should be at the highest point not the shaft. This is because the Gas Strut cylinder houses a small amount of oil in charge of keeping the seal lubricated and oiling the shaft as it passes through the seal.This is the GENUINE original replacement spare part. Beware of aftermarket parts for this product.
