Installation Instructions

Preparation:

• Ensure the trailer is level before starting the installation.

• Important: Do not weld the levellers to the trailer frame. Only bolting is recommended.

Mounting the Clamping Hangers:

• The top and bottom clamping hangers must be mounted against steel members of the trailer to ensure a secure and stable installation.
• Position each leg so that the uppermost clevis pin is just below the trailer to facilitate easy adjustment of the foot pad later.
• Carefully mark the exact positions for the mounting of each set of hangers. Ensure that the legs are aligned at the same height and are perfectly vertical.

• Note: Ensure that the stop plates are positioned under the clamping hangers.

Securing the Mount Hangers:

• Contrary to the initial preparation note, if there is a need to secure the mount hangers more permanently, welding them in position is advised here. Ensure that this step is performed by a qualified professional to maintain safety and integrity.

Installing the Legs:

• Insert the leg into the mounted hangers.
• Secure each leg using a bolt and nut (note: these are not supplied with the park leg kit) through the outer holes of the mount hangers.
• Double-check to ensure that the legs are firmly attached and stable.
