Our original cassette destroyed itself in WA back blocks. Got to Karratha, rang Thetford agents in WA, no help, finally discovered Caravans Plus, had unit in stock, arrived 2 weeks later (normal AP service to Karratha). Excellent service from CP with item exactly as required.
