Installation Instructions
General Requirements
- Roof Support: Ensure the vehicle's roof can support the air conditioner's weight.
- Cut-out Sizes: Standard delivery includes an adaptor for a 360x360 mm cut-out. A 400x400 mm adaptor is available as an optional extra.
- Installation Position: Install close to the vehicle's center, ensuring sufficient room for the air distributor and maintaining a minimum space of 100 mm around the unit for airflow.
Roof Reinforcement and Power Supply
- Reinforce the cut-out with a wooden frame.
- Connect the 230 V power supply to a residual current device and install a circuit breaker.
Outdoor and Indoor Unit Installation
- Apply silicone sealant on the adaptor frame and install it over the cut-out.
- Position the outdoor unit over the adaptor frame, aligning the bolt holes.
- Connect the power supply cable to the terminal block inside the vehicle.
- Install the air distributor mounting bracket and connect the air inlet duct.
- Attach the air distributor assembly to the mounting bracket and fix it to the ceiling.
- Install the remote control holder in a convenient location.
Operating Instructions
- Before Usage: Ensure supply voltage and frequency match the unit's requirements. Insert batteries into the remote control.
- Effective Heating and Cooling: Park in the shade, close all openings, and clean the vehicle's roof regularly.
- Condensation: Close doors and windows to reduce warm moist air entry. Operate the fan on high speed.
- Generator Use: Consult the generator supplier to confirm suitability and sizing.
Maintenance
- Filter: Clean weekly when in use. Wash with warm water and detergent.
