Some people don't wish to sign-in. But there are advantages:
- The program calculates delivery cost, when we know your
postcode
- The program can hold parts in your CART for the next time
you visit
- You will NOT be contacted by us, unless you request information
- Your details will NOT be passed on, or used for any
other purpose
- Putting items in your CART is not an obligation to buy
- We only see your ORDER if you CONFIRM it
Finding Parts
Either: click on the Categories
list on the left of your screen, many Categories have sub-categories.
Products are displayed with small photo and price. Click the
photo for additional information and more photos of that item.
You can place an item in your CART in case you have trouble
finding it again. Remember you can take items out at any stage.
Or: You can use the Search
box and supply a word or a Part Number to search for.
Changing quantities
When you find a product you would like, click the Add
to Cart button – a quantity of one will automatically
appear. If you require more than one, simply change the quantity
and click on the SAVE CHANGES button. You
can click on the
link at anytime to see or change contents.
Leaving the Shop
You can choose to go to the checkout and just leave. At the
you are given a number of DELIVERY options with different
price quotes according to Australia Post or Courier charges.
You can also elect to collect from Queanbeyan (some bulky
items, and Supplier Direct items are excluded
from FREE pickup).
You are then asked to select your PAYMENT method (Credit
Card or Bank Transfer). If you don't wish to purchase items
at this stage, DO NOT confirm your order. We don't see your
order unless you confirm it. Payment is required within
7 days of the order date. Unpaid orders will be cancelled
and need to be re-entered if required.
You will receive an email notification of your order
shortly after confirming it. If you do not receive a confirmation,
please let us know as your email address may have been entered
incorrectly. You will also be notified when your order is
dispatched.
Availability of Stock
We take great care to show the correct availablity of stock.
If for any reason we cannot deliver the items in the time
quoted we will cheerfully provide a COMPLETE REFUND by the
same method you made payment. At any time after placing your
order, you can use
to LOGIN and view your order status
as well as your order history and the status of your current
order ( Processing, Dispatched).
Pricing Errors
All orders are checked and verified as soon as possible. In
the event that an incorrect price was displayed, you will
be notified prior to your order being processed. You can cancel
any order if charges were incorrectly displayed.
Editing an Order
If you place an order with us and realise you have made an
error you can request we cancel the order. You must advise
us before we have packed and disptached your order. We can
remove items from your undispatched order but we cannot add
products to it.
