Delivery Options

Australian Orders

Editing orders is difficult and effects our automated process. An Admin fee of $10 will apply if you require two orders combined. If your first order is still at -Pending Stage- you may phone and cancel any order and re-submit a full order. Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled.

Australia Post can be selected for any Australian address or PO Box.
- NOT available for bulky items.
- Signature required if order is over $70

Courier can be selected for delivery to a home or business within Australia.
- NOT available for PO boxes
- NOT available for a number of Islands and External Territories
- We recommend insurance for fragile or expensive items, eg Stoves.
- Unattended shipping address will cause the item to be returned to the nearest Courier Depot for collection.
- Any request for re-delivery will be at the customers expence.
- Signature required unless drop-off instructions are provided.
- Our preferred Courier is Star Track Express, however we reserve the right to use other Couriers.

Personal Pick Up from Queanbeyan, is available for over 95% of products.
- Direct from Manufacturer items are excluded
- Some Bulky items are excluded
Wait until you are notified your order is ready. We DO NOT have a showroom.

International Orders
We do not deliver to any other countries. We are unable to respond to international emails.
