Product Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As
well as providing superb products, we are proud of our customer
care and service. In the unlikely event that the item you
have recieved is faulty at time of delivery, please contact us with details. If
we cannot provide a satisfactory solution we will gladly
replace ( see Returns below ) the
product or refund to you the cost of the item. Contact us
within 14 days of purchase, with details of the fault.
Warranty period
Where a product developes a fault, Manufacturers
warranty applies to most items. The period or warranty can vary, however as a general rule it is 12 months for appliances and 3 months for spare parts. Please keep your tax invoice
as proof of purchase date, we are able to resupply a tax invoice
if requested. In many cases the service centre details will
be attached to your product, however in the event this is
not the case, please email for details within the warranty period.
Returns
If a product has been ordered, and dispatched, and the
customer wishes to return the product due to Change
of Mind, we may offer to accept some items back,
but a restocking fee of 10-20%
will apply or a store credit offered. We advise customers
to make sure the product they are ordering is what they want,
prior to placing an order. We offer email answers to any questions
that the product description or photo does not cover.
No Returns
We will NOT accept returns for any items dispatched more than
30 days ago, nor for 'Non-Stocked items' or 'Custom Manufactured
items' or items that get sent 'Direct from a supplier'.
You Pay: Just
like purchasing from a shop, the customer is required to return
goods to the retailer. This is the same with our online shop.
If the product has a manufacturing fault, or developes a fault
covered by warranty, the customer is required to return the
item to us or direct to the manufacturer. We
will pay for the delivery of the replacement.
If the product was damaged during transport and
you 'declined
the offer of insurance' at
the Checkout , you must deal with Australia
Post, or the Courier Company yourself.
We Pay: If an incorrect
product was supplied we will cover all freight costs. If the product was
damaged during transport, and
was insured, we will cover freight costs.
A 48 hour limit is imposed by the freight company to make an insurance
claim.
