Q: Can I come and buy from your shop?
A: NO, We do not offer over the counter sales. You may however, enter an order and collect it when advised it is ready. (That may be within a couple of hours).
Q: Do you have outlets in other states?
A: NO, We are an independent online retailer in Queanbeyan, next to CANBERRA. We send products at discounted prices anywhere within Australia. Some islands have parcel size limits.
Q: How much will it cost to send product X to me at postcode XXXX?
A: To find out Total cost, delivered to your door, plus how long it will take, you must:
1) add one or more items to CART
2) Select FREIGHT QUOTE
3) enter your POSTCODE - the answer is provided automatically.
Q: Do you have a printed catalogue that you can send ?
A: Yes and No. One of our major supplier's catalogue is available
- Part 034767. See also DOWNLOAD CATALOGUE(see right hand
INFORMATION box), however there are many more parts on the
website that are not included in any catalogue.
Q: Do you sell to TRADE ?
A: YES, But the prices are the same as selling to the public - unless you are purchasing 5 or more of the same appliance at the same time.
Q: What if my part doesn't arrive or doesn't work?
A: We have a RETURNS information page that clearly explains this.(see left hand SHOP INFORMATION box).
Q: When will my credit card be processed?
A: It is processed when the parts are leaving, unless it is a custom order like Windows. Then 20% is charged now, 80% when dispatched.
Q. I cannot find the product I am looking for, can
you get it in?
A. Small spare parts for appliances will usually need to be obtained thru an agent that repairs them. We can generally get other items that are advertised by our suppliers, eg. Dometic, CAMEC, Coast to Coast, Thetford etc. Please email with full details and we will access if it fits within our range.
