Is your enquiry about an order that has not arrived?
Each order placed automatically gives an estimated delivery time, based on your postcode, the delivery method and if the product was already in stock. Please add this delivery time to the date your order was dispatched. You are advised by email when orders are dispatched. If your order has not arrived within an acceptable time - have your ORDER number ready and Email or phone 02 6284 2182 and ask for ACCOUNTS.
Do you wish to change your order?
If your order has NOT been packed or dispatched, you may cancel your order, and resubmit an amended order. Please check on the current status before resubmitting. Have your ORDER number ready and Email or phone 02 6284 2182 and ask for ACCOUNTS.
I placed an order but didn't get an email!
You can check your order status by checking My Account shown above.
If the parts are still in your Shopping Cart you did not CONFIRM your order.
I wish to return an item!
You must first get a return approval. Phone or email, stating your reasons. Credits, if approved, are only effected after the item is returned in new condition. A restocking fee will be charged.
I've lost my Password
You can have a new temporary password issued, NEW PASSWORD
You can change your password, after you Login by selecting Change Password
